Gifts of Therapy, LCSW PLLC
Meet your therapist

Natifa Walters, LCSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Gifts of Therapy. My career spans clinical practice, public health, and community-based work, giving me a perspective that considers both people’s personal stories and the environments that shape them.
I have a particular commitment to serving people of the African Diaspora. Honoring culture, history, and identity is central to my work, including recognizing the impact of racial stress and intergenerational experiences.
My professional training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), relational and sex therapy, and approaches addressing racial and intergenerational trauma.
Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to helping people put words to who they are, who they want to become, and what they want their lives to reflect. Gifts of Therapy brings that commitment into my work as a clinician.
